Luke gave me a box of old clothes to take to St. Vinny’s a while back. Needless to say most of it didn’t actually make it to the thrift store and instead went into my project bin. It began as a shirt, peeking out of the scrap bin, and the fabric reminded me of those old embroidered checked aprons. Out with the scissors, and this was all that was left when I was done...

Aprons from old shirts
100% cotton for easy washing. Decorative stitch around pockets and sash. Buttons from the shirt saved and added to pockets. A very easy project that took just one afternoon to complete.
